GPI Kicks Off Year with Successful Showing at ICE

The most exciting news from GPI during the show was the announcement of global licensing and development agreements with Brainchip and Shivi to develop advanced automation table solutions (ATS). ATS combines GPI’s proprietary smart RFID and CIS with Brainchip’s accelerated solutions for artificial intelligence (AI) applications with Shivi’s immersive data analysis and automation for intelligent data-driven decision-making. Our ATS solution will provide comprehensive table solutions for call security, game protection and trend analysis, and accurate computing and marketing automation.

The GPI highlighted proprietary high-frequency smart RFID products and solutions that provide customers with one of the most powerful anti-counterfeiting deterrents. Smart provides the latest advancements in casino currency RFID technology and is available for all currency brands. Smart provides a complete currency tracking and authentication solution and one of the most powerful anti-counterfeiting and currency security solutions when used with casino inventory system (CIS) software. The GPI provides all the components needed, from smart RFID currencies to antennas and readers.

Customers have demonstrated some of our new and innovative call security products. Our new focus security feature is the addition of tags to the chip material of BG injection molded chips, which are ideal for authenticating chips in a stack or rack. Focus is only available with special laser devices that do not look similar to laser tracks. In addition, BG V-Series customers can now choose the option to integrate the new and unique Hollow Shot into their chips. The Hollow Shot serves the dual purpose of chip design and anti-counterfeiting with a unique dent in the chip outer ring. Customers can also add microtext and tags to the Hollow Shot for an additional level of call security.

Other products showcased at ICE included high-quality casino playing cards and layouts. GPI introduced its new premium line of paper playing cards, Paulson Acis, to its European customers. Paulson Acis is manufactured using heavier and more luxurious paper stock and offers excellent snaps, feel, and durability. It also featured a full line of Zemako-branded playing cards, which cover both paper and plastic card types. The full graphical EGC layout, available in two finishes, was fully displayed in vibrant design and color.
